How to Become an Alpha Male- Overcoming Nervousness

On the path towards becoming an alpha male, we all met with obstacles. These obstacles can either destroy us or propelled us. Fortunately, we have the power to choose whether to allow these obstacles to make us better or to allow these obstacles to discourage us. One of the most common situations I have seen is men becoming nervous when they talk to attractive women. I have been there too, acting like sissy and nervous when I am in a conversation with a woman. And so how do I solve this problem? Solving this problem may make you feel uncomfortable but it is worth the effort if you really want to become an alpha male.

I think the answer to solving the above problem is to practice. Practice talking to women is the best way to get this problem fix fast and quick. You may feel pressurized and fear in the beginning but you will get used to it. Think of it as this way. We all feel fear when we want to approach an attractive woman. Instead of letting fear to get into your way, make use of fear to help you become an alpha male. Think about it. When you feel fear, there is actually an adrenaline rush in your body. Somehow in the feeling of fear, there is some spark of excitement going on too. FEEL the excitement of approaching an attractive woman. Enjoy the process of the excitement. It is a totally cool and fun experience. I even have friends who just simply love approaching women, not to get your contact but for the fun of it. And I believe alpha male love approaching women too. 

When approaching women, another key is also to start small. Instead of approaching groups of women, approach women that are alone in malls, bookstores and grocery stores. Approaching women that are in groups need another set of skill especially if there are men in the group. So, start small, talk to women that are alone, they are much easier to handle. Alpha male also tend to approach women that are alone simply because they are less distractions.

Also, don’t worry whether the women is married, have a boyfriend or whatever. Your mission is to practice. Talk to any women you met and most of the time you will get into a small conversation. After you have talked to them, reflect upon them; see what you have learned from the small conversation. This valuable experience is great for your goal to become an alpha male.
